Certain violations issued to a business by the Â鶹AV Health Department can be “cured."
Curing a violation means that if you correct the violation within the required timeframe, then you don’t have to pay a fine.
To cure a violation, a business must:
- Be a food establishment, mobile food vendor, child care center, or pet shop
- Not have previously received the specific violation
- Correct the condition for which they received a violation and submit proof for review and approval
If the Â鶹AV Health Department decides the business has corrected the condition and met all requirements, the violation will be cured and no fines will be given.
Only certain violations are curable.
