The registration system of births and deaths in New York City known as EVERS is being replaced by a new system called eVital.
The Â鶹AV Health Department is asking all EVERS users who have not yet enrolled in eVital to enroll. The Â鶹AV Health Department is also emailing local eVital administrators to ask them to approve new enrollees.
